"Think we could pull off going into a village and staying for the night?" Red asked hopefully, his cheetah tail swishing happily.
Green gave a nervous laugh. "Highly doubt it."
"We cheated death once, I don't want to try again," Vio added.
"Why am I the discolored one?" Blue complained, eying his violet-blue tiger-striped fur.
"Because you are the reckless one, so therefore, you suck," Green grinned.
Blue shoved his brother. "Whatever. Anyway, where are we staying for the night?"
"Somewhere," Vio said slowly, averting his eyes, his lynx ears wilting.
"Great," Blue said. "Let me guess, split up and search?"
"No, we still don't know where we are. Stay together and let's find a good vantage point," Vio began to walk.
    The rest followed.
"Can't we just climb a tree and see where we are?" Blue asked after a while. "It would be a heck of a lot easier than trying to see through all of this foliage."
"We'd still have to find higher ground, and I, for one, don't want to be so reckless," Green said, white leopard tail giving a quick thrash.
"Who made you in charge?" Blue muttered under his breath.
    "What was that?" Green asked.
"Nothing," Blue said quickly. In his mind, he gleefully slashed Green down with his claws, showing his obvious superiority. Something seized in his mind, almost like an electric shock. Blue stopped for a second, calming himself. "That was weird. Maybe I'll ask Vio about it later," he thought, but quickly forgot about it.

Eventually, the Four had figured out that they were in the forest near Lake Hylia.
"Only took you so long," Blue muttered to Vio under his breath.
"You say something?" Vio called back
"Nothing. Absolutely nothing," Blue quickly countered.
Vio shrugged. "Whatever. We need to find a place to rest for tonight, a glade or a nice sheltered place will do. I doubt anyone will stumble upon us at night."
"Unless you're mistaken and we all wake up with slashed throats in the morning," Blue grinned.
"Oh haha. Very funny," Vio rolled his eyes.
"Blue, stop messing around and let's go," Green grumbled.
Blue gave a fang-ridden smile at Green and stalked into the undergrowth.

    Something was watching him.
Blue didn't know who, or what, but he could feel the presence staring at him.
Just staring. Eying him like how someone eyes a piece of meat before buying it.
Blue unsheathed his sword, slightly spooked. "Wh-who's there?" he said into the air, instantly hating himself when his voice shook. He circled around, eyes and ears pricked.
A snicker sounded out of the woods. "You could do better than that, hero," a female voice said disapprovingly. A swish of the leaves, and the presence left.
The electric shock threatened Blue again for a half-second, disappearing before Blue could understand it fully.
He circled around once more, then continued walking.
"It wouldn't be that hard to sneak up and kill you, you know."
    It was back.
"What do you want?" Blue growled, unsheathing his sword again.
"Just to see if I'm right," it answered mysteriously.
"Right about what?" Blue sneered, checking his defenses.
"It's not a test if I'm not testing you." Blue could hear the grin in the voice.
"Leave me alone. You're just another fangirl." Blue turned to walk away, his anger, and the shock, beginning to rise.
    Silence.
"Finally. Some peace. All I want is to be alone for one day. Is that too much to ask for?" Blue thought. "I was killed, turned half-feline, and still can't get away from them. Peace and quiet. Too much to ask for?" Blue let out an annoyed growl. The spark grew in his mind, feeding off his anger.
A blast of magic exploded in front of him. Blue stopped dead in his tracks.
I am Life. I am Destruction. I am Chaos...
Pure, unbridled power overtook his mind. Blue gasped, falling to his knees from the shock of it all. He tried to pull himself out of it, struggling against the recesses of his mind.
Suddenly, it was gone as quick as it came.
"What was that?" Blue gasped aloud.
"So I was right," the voice said with wonder.
Blue quickly got up, madly looking around. "You know what that was?"
"I might, I might not. Follow the music and you may find out," the voice faded away, a rustle of leaves following it.
"And that helps me how? Does everyone speak in riddles?" Blue simmered, trying to keep his temper under control unless the force came back.
    "BLUE!! WATCH OUT!!"
Blue had two seconds to look up before Red came flying over and landing on top of him.
    "The CRAP, Red?" Blue yelled.
"Sorry! I'm sorry!" Red whimpered. "I was trying to find you, then I was... kicked I think. Or I tripped. I don't know. I'm really sorry!"
"Sure you are," Blue muttered. "Now what is it?"
"We-we've found a place to sleep for tonight. I'll show you."
Blue gave an uncommitted grunt and followed Red into the undergrowth.
Ok so this is in the works of getting redone, so if doesn't sound like it's running smoothly from last chapter, that's why. And I will probably be combining some chapters, so if the numbering is off, yes I know.
Thank you and have a good day!

Magic! :iconlegaspplz:
Yes I did just go there!
